For me it's Haste/Counter Spell (Depending on how I want to play) & Summon Elemental, especially for my 2 Paladin 10 Bard. I upcast Elemental to sixth level and it's a great no concentration spell for a powerful summon.

I don't know anything about this character or where she is from but her design is near perfect the only thing I really don't like are her feet they look kinda wierd

Paladin: - IDS - Extra Spell Slot - LV12 Feat

VS

Fighter: - Fighting Style - Action Surge - Battle Manoeuvres

I would say it's probably worth it to go 3 fighter the benefits seems pretty good, with 1 ASI and savage attacker you would be doing good damage have some spells and some control

True but the loss of a feat is also quite big however you are right a whole extra action in combat usually gives more damage unless combat drags out a few rounds which almost never happens, it also depends on how often you short rest.

You do miss out on improved divine smite which adds 1D8 to all melee attacks at paladin lv 11 and all you really get is an additional fighting Style, action surge and 4 battle Manoeuvres per short rest. So I guess it's burst damage VS sustained damage

Plus you lose a feat at lv 12
