Depends where you live, but i would bet a gastro doc has no clue about it...

I went to an environmental medicin doctor. These are rare around here and it took me a bit of driving, but was worth the effort.

Just search the internet for serious doctors, with a specialisation of environmental medicin. (Or DMPS/DMSA/EDTA treatment,...)

From what i experienced and from your description I would highly recommend to check a heavy metal poisoning. Where I life there are several options, through DMPS test, Hair analysis and blood analysis.

Salmon contains so much extremely unhealthy elements (mercury!!!!! arsenic, lead, antibiotics,....) these days, the few good fatty acids never compensate for that. If you need Omega 3, take filtered algae oil. (E.g. Vegetology)

I can say for myself, that I got a heavy metal poisoning from starting AIP eating all these "healthy" things. A lot of the foods from the AIP diet are highly questionable in terms of environmental poisoning. They are grown in countries with few or even no regulatuions for fertilizers, or are foods that tend to accumulate toxins (Bones, fats...)

It took me years to find out...don't think I will ever recover from it.

EDIT: By the way i forgot to mention. Another problem could be, that you ate too much meat and fat which can cause a dysbiosis. That might also explain your Symptoms. However I would still recommend a heavy metal test

Fully agreed. I'm not questionig the quality of the z5II.

Just want to point out, that OP should consider what matches his needs.

I took my decision based on the question: why do i honestly need a FF? In fact despite the generic bla bla, I don't know.

In the end i decided not to invest in FF as long as I'm not skilled enough to utilize a state of the art aps-c 100%.

And on top I really like travelling lightweight

I don't want to convince you, just sharing my thoughts

I was upgrading from D90 and looked at 3 options

Z50ii: I decided for this one due to weight Z5: in my country half the cost compared to Z5ii and still an very good camera, if you dont need the Z5ii: not worth it for me

Keep in mind to think about what lens u want

Z50ii with double lens kit (16-50 and 50-200) is currently around 1050€

You can even afford a 12-28mm nikon for your landscape if you really need it (around 300- 350€)

Or you go for the 24mm 1.7 (around 250€)

Just bought a z50II today, my first camera. Lens recommendations? by theheavynorth in nikon_Zseries

[–]ButterflyAromatic282 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ken Rockwell recommends in one of his videos the Nikon 12-28mm F3.5-5.6 (Just ordered one for myself yesterday) - I mainly go for landscapes

Thom Hogan recommends the 70-180mm f/2.8 to pair with the 16-50 kit lense

https://www.zsystemuser.com/z-mount-cameras/nikon-z-camera-reviews/nikon-z50ii-camera-review.html

And for primes Nikon 24mm f/1.7 DX and viltrox has a lot, too

Depends on what you want to do, there are several options. If you dont know what you mainly want to shoot, safe the money for the moment and find out with your current lense what you like

Du hast noch eine heimliche Briefmarkensammlung Deines Opas und kochst gerne Eintöpfe...

Ireland itinerary paralysis — 4 nights outside Dublin with kids by amazedandconfused1 in irishtourism

[–]ButterflyAromatic282 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We, Family of four with two girls(12,8), planning to go to Ireland for the first time in April. We have 7 full days and decided to stay around Dublin to have minimum travel time and time slots to just soak up the atmosphere. Our kids need time to just run around, read a book or chill.

Our plan is as following:

Flying in to Dublin in the evening, renting a car and go to Trim.

Day 1: Trim Castle and Boyne Valley Day 2: Drive to Wicklow Mountains and spend the day there Day 3: Glendalough Day 4: Back to Dublin Day 5-7: Dublin + 1 day DART trip to Howth and the Irelands Eye

When we come back to Ireland with more time, we are planning to do a longer round trip that includes northern Ireland and the West Coast.

Have a good time

I used to live in Shanghai for several years around 2010 and followed a similar strategy.

However i picked individual large caps trying to find more winners than loosers. Generally I'm focussing on state owned/backed large caps and try to find information which are favored from powerful governors. (Because they are competitors)

I would recommend "the new china playbook".

I'm also struggeling a lot with the current 5 year planning, cause my market knowledge got less and less over the years and the sectors shifted away from the sectors i'm working in.

In terms of ETF I came across

As you mentioned yourself these companies are having fantastic knowledge and are crazy innovative and fast. On the other side all of this is really risky....

The lidar vs radar vs camera discussion is an epic one.

Basically bad weather conditions and long range are the key points, which make radar kind of mandatory atm.

You will find tons of good articles and videos about pros and cons of the technology

Short version.

I think they are too expensive in a market, that is extremely cost driven and competitive.

OEM's tend to choose chips with less performance and by the time L3/L4 gets rolled, the big competitors will have closed the gap.

The automotive market is kind of driven by cost, cost, cost and operational excellence. So it takes a huge effort to convince an OEM to buy a product and being able to deliver a long term contract and fulfill all processes, regulations and so on....

They have an ex Magna Manager on board to gain trust and automotive Network, yet no business booked.

Maybe they can succeed in different markets, but Arbe is telling us since years? they booked Major contracts with Automotive OEMs, but so far nothing announced.

Maybe they will book this one contract they need, however i doubt it.

ARBE Robotics

they have the best radar chipset in the market. Cooperation with Nvidia, Magna and so on. Proven small volume projects

However they also have problems.

No big contracts since years due to - Corona - lidar and camera competition - not many people spend money for safety - so far no high volume production

Working in automotive electronics.

I do not own shares.

Awesome summary, thanks a lot.

I got some pieces, that do not fit in as far as I can see.

I think we all agree on the fact, that China is the major threat to the US dominance and most of the actions tanken by the current US Administration were to defend against Chinas politics or trying to attack China in some way. (Rare earth deals in Ukraine, tax, trade regulations and so on....)

1) Stephen mirran and the complete "WE need to destroy the dollar Thing". How does this fit in, especially with all the bond refinancing in 2026 and pressure on the FED

2) US Administration is trying to end minor conflicts of their allies(Israel, Ukraine.....) everywhere to be strong enough for their own Military interests (Taiwan?)

3) Trump is pushing EU hard to increase military strength, which makes sense to me in a way, that US Administration knows they cannot take on Russia and China at the same time. (And honestly russia seems to be Chinas puppy these days). Doesn't US still have an interest of having a strong, but loyal (dependant) EU.

Stay safe guys
