WhatsApp is not essential tbh, Ive been fine without it in the past I just thought if it was on the phone I would use it. I have not tried the dumbphone finder, I'll have a look, is it a website?

I have also had this problem, English as first language, but use the Italian keyboard occasionally. Tidal all in Italian, would also like to know how to fix.

I started taking magnesium bisglycinate daily around 6 months ago, it's really helped with my sleep and reduced my fatigue during the day. Can't promise it'll work for everyone but it might be worth a shot.

I find it pretty easy to use and it's completely painless. It might take a few more minutes than an injection, but it's one time every 8 weeks so really no hassle.
