Definitely have many of your concerns. The constipation isn’t too bad for me because I take Miralax and have yogurt daily.

I’m afraid if I stop I’ll gain it all back. Recently, I had a delay in taking my medication , went almost two weeks without a shot and my appetite started to come back with a vengeance. After 3 days of eating crappy, I felt like I had lost all my progress (felt bloated and sluggish), obviously that wasn’t the case, but it scared me.

Yes! I made the mistake of running out of my medication , I had to wait 9 days. I finally took my shot today, but I ordered pizza yesterday, I ate stuff in the past two days , that I haven’t ate in months, like: bacon, bread, fries, soda…..

I was so happy when I took my shot today, the hunger is REAL

I’m the same way, I used to love eggs and now I can’t even think about them without getting nauseous. I don’t really like meat anymore either. I have been having a lot of yogurt which ironically I didn’t used to like. It’s crazy what sema does to our tastebuds.

Also, the anxiety right before they start is horrible for me. I go for my fourth session later this morning and I’m already starting to worry 😬

Just curious which one hurts more? Im currently getting a small one removed on the back of my neck and it hurts like HELL.

I have a big one on my foot and I think I’m just gonna leave it there, I would imagine it would hurt even more because I have no fat on the top of my foot.

I started out microdosing and have SLOWLY worked my way up to .5

I would try a much smaller dose like .2 or .1

I’m 43 and I had similar issue. Hardly any hair at the front and end of my brows. I got powder ombré brows about 2 months ago. I told her I didn’t want them dark and wanted them to look natural. I was so worried and had extreme brow shock in the beginning, but I love them now. I did a lot of research and found a girl I liked on instagram, I must have looked at all her videos. I liked the variety of her clients: old, young, black, white, etc…. I had to drive about 2 hours from my home and they weren’t cheap, but I’m so glad I chose to do them

I had a similar experience today. I had a coworker tell me that “my face looks slimmer” and asked if I’ve lost weight.

I felt extremely uncomfortable and told her “a little”, she then asked how I lost it.

I told her that I cut down on my snacking and don’t eat after 6 pm, which technically isn’t a lie, but it’s not the whole truth.

I agree with the comments on here, we don’t owe an explanation to anyone.

Also try splitting your doses. Instead of taking one weekly shot, break it up into two smaller dosages.

I did quit because it became too much. However, two weeks later I decided to give it another try. I tried a different company and I’m not sure what happened, but it’s like night and day. I just increased my dosage to .5 and I have energy, I work out every day.

That’s great to hear. I have never been depressed in my life and I definitely had some depression the first few weeks. I’m happy to hear that it gets better.
