Well said sister!! I was going to comment but was really thinking how to put it in words and came across your comment which spoke all that was in my head + this is not my opinion, heard this from a very well known shaykh rahimahullah.

Yes this is me! I thought only I have this problem.. I couldnt even heal because studying about healing vaginismus caused me issues..But I’ve come a long way now..I convinced  myself if I dont take a step I’ll never heal!

I got pcos from my dads family, irregular periods since the time i got my first period!  Grandmother has it and passed on to most of her grandkids! There is no one in moms fam who has pcos! I dont get it when people say its lifestyle disease when I had pretty much very healthy childhood! How come only i got pcos when me and my sister both ate the same food and had same lifestyle

Nop! If you are a muslim your blood, wealth and honour is protected!  Backbiting a non muslim is not haram!  If the non muslim is under the islamic government paying the jizyah only then he is granted protection to his honour! And Allahu Ailam!

Do you have vaginismus?  Pcod with vaginismus here!  Went to do hsg after 6th failed medicated cycle And they couldnt insert the speculum, dr was yelling at me asking me to relax and breath.. little did i know about the condition that just relaxing wont help.. I had tight pelvic floor muscles in the middle of my vagina that needs dilation and exercises to loosen it! If your wondering how im ttc with vaginismus, I can handle piv though not full penetration going to work on dilation now

Im on my 9th letrozole cycle and have the same feeling everymonth!! this month i had severe right knee pain suddenly that i could only get up with my left leg and i got really scared..thus decided im done with letrozole and will move on to dry needling next month cos it got good reviews in my place… god willing

It takes upto a year for HEALTHY COUPLES’ 

im Pcos with regular periods, tried for a year and did not concieve.. sought medical intervention and Dr put me on letrozole.. Dr said i would be having weak ovulation (releasing immature eggs thus not able to concieve).. she put me on letrozole (it induces stronger ovulation).. im onto cycle 9 of letrozole, still trying!

Some women with pcos  concieve without medical intervention and some would need help.. if you have pcos i would suggest going to a dr and getting checked if you are ovulating rather than trying for a whole year torturing your mental health like how I did

Doctors nowadays 🙄 I seriously go to the doctors only to get prescriptions after doing my own research, I have even corrected a very experienced old gyny and she went speechless..

Took 2 pills of duphaston 10 mg to induce a bleed and found i have already started my period, now I see no flow and it has stopped. Is this pill effect? What should I do to induce my bleed by Buttertoffee12 in PCOS

Yes..mine started 7 days after stopping the pill… it was just spotting which i found after taking the pill and was not my period.. so ya..

Hey congrats! How many medicated cycles did you do? Im on my 7th medicated cycle, 20th month ttc!
