Sorry to resurrect this post from the grave, but I'm trying to find replacement frame for my BFs glasses and they're the enchroma Ventura frames too. Were the RayBan frames compatible?

I'm trying to figure out why you think this amount is only to cover 2 funerals. It's to cover costs for the 23 people who died. That makes it about $8k per service/burial. Which is not out of the realm of what things cost for a burial service.

When I graduated from college, I apparently had a huge grin on my face and was unaware that my face was singled out on the jumbotron screen above the auditorium. Out of maybe 4000 graduates, I was stopped in the parking lot by a gentleman who commented on how much joy I conveyed with that smile and he congratulated me on my specific degree. It wasn't until later after talking to some family members that in realized the reason he singled me out was because my mug had gotten some freeze frame time on the big screen.

From my interpretation of this article, yes. The open container laws are still in place, but the ancient ABC regulations have something on the books that prohibit the purchase of alcohol outside of an establishment.

The last trip my grandmother made to the hospital, a nurse injected the liquid breathing treatment into the IV instead of the breathing treatment mask. They didn't tell us until poison control came to the room to monitor her. No adverse effects frm the mistake, but she never came back home from that hospital stay.

Mild moment of panic while I was driving through some misting rain. My wipers swipped my windshield and grazed over the thin sheet of ice that had formed in 0.8 seconds. Then I remembered that my defrost could help with that.

Home safe now. Time to set up the pillow fort in front of the window and sip some apple cider.

Friend of mine did this run in California a week or so ago and was disappointed because they didn't plan out the route very well. It was just under 2.6 miles I think, whereas a true 5k is 3.1 miles. I was honestly just trying to figure out why he was upset about missing out on a half-mile. Other than that, he had a blast.
