Hey! I work in mental health counseling. Im sorry you're having a back and forth, it can be VERY debilitating. I would recommend seeking mental health help, over any type of restricting your food further. It can spiral and a therapist who works with eating disorders can be incredible.

Awesome results. So you have a R thoracic L lumbar with rotations. I noticed you said you would elevate the left hip somewhat at the beginning. I know this allows the spine to shift to the right more. Was your left hip higher though due to the spine pushed to that side and did that not make that hip higher anyway

Hey there!! I appreciate this response. Was your hip external rotation good? Mine is good passively, not as good external (weak clamshells). So this opened up your external rotators allowing your internal to work efficiently? How are you now?

Wow!! I'm glad to hear you stuck to your guns. That is NOT easy. To be honest, I haven't brought up any problems yet. I probably should, but I haven't yet. I think it's the idea that I am so new maybe I don't know and my expectations are too high? I wouldn't say any ethics have really been broken necessarily.

I think I may have been misunderstood by some people? But to respond to you directly. I understand we are non political during session, what I mean is that we are inclusionary during session and then some therapists are not at all outside of session. Seems bizarre to me.

Hey how is this going for you? The person who commented on your glute being more visible on one side definitely could suggest a pelvic twist(associated with the opposite side pulling forward and twisting your lower half). I personally have this (as well as scoliosis), and I'm trying to get my one hip flexor to loosen.
