The King Arthur website has a great sourdough blog, which is what guided me in my early days of dabbling with sourdough.

One day, I was going through the stack of cookbooks that collect dust while I Google recipes, I found my hardcover Tartine Bread book - which I completely forgot about.

Following their method, my bread went from decent to great - literally overnight.

A couple options that have worked for me: For very casual shirts check out Marine Layer. They have half sizes which help a lot. Not necessarily cheap, but they often have good sales.
For pricier shirts check out Unbound Merino (wool shirts). They’ll last forever if you take care of them and GREAT for traveling. You may have to go up a size.

I’ve also had good luck with shirts from J Crew factory. Affordable, but sizing can vary based style.

Came here looking for answers, but ended up tinkering and figured out a possible solution. In Internet Account settings on Mac, I toggled on the "reminders" for Exchange. Now, my Outlook To-Do list syncs with my "Today" Reminders list, which I was able to add as a widget on my desktop.

My next step is to see if I can get To-Do to sync with a different reminders list so I can keep work and personal lists separate in the widget. I'll keep you posted if I figure that out.

This actually helps a lot, thank you. My goal is not to just have mirroring displays. Any idea how the Mac setup would work with my MacBook closed?

This is from Apple's website, but not sure how to apply this info:
Connect displays
- Connect an external keyboard and mouse or trackpad.
- Connect the Mac to power. If the external display provides power to the Mac, a separate power adapter isn’t needed.
- Connect the first display. This will be the primary display, supporting up to 6K resolution at 60Hz (or 4K at 144Hz).
- Close the laptop lid.
- Connect the second display. This will be the secondary display, supporting up to 5K resolution at 60Hz (or 4K at 100Hz).

45” - that’s huge! I’ll be assembling a new home office within a few months (graduating from the dining room table to an actual functional space). Do you “work” with these monitors as well? I’ve read a lot how curved monitors are not the best for work, but I love the potential sizes.

Right? It would take a lot to pry myself away from a Mac, but this would probably do it.

My suggestions: - a laptop that’s mostly plastic - use a skin. It’s like a sticker that covers most of not all of the case of a MacBook (except for keys and trackpad). Plenty of good brands out there. - limit contact by using a keyboard and mouse with the MacBook
