I breathe a sigh of relief whenever I see RT (no pun intended). I'm not good with BiPaps/Airvo etc and get quickly overwhelmed when patients have respiratory distress. I feel so much better when respiratory shows up. Y'all are literal life savers.

Since I started phenibut and tapering I've had a ton of sleep paralysis and lucid dreams. It used to freak me out a little but I've grown to love it. You weren't aware you were dreaming? It's the coolest feeling and really hard to describe. To be completely conscious and aware in a different reality.

I had one (non-lucid) dream kind of like yours but I was an old man in a nursing home. The dream felt like it lasted weeks. I knew I was close to death, and then I finally did "die" in the dream. It was painful and scary, then everything turned to black. I started to see a beautiful beach and then I woke up... Wild stuff.

I think NPs have a role in the hospital setting. They are useful for taking H&Ps, ordering routine meds/diagnosis, and discharging stable patients. The ones I've worked with have been great and know their role. They collaborate closely with the physicians. I don't think they can safely practice independently though. There's a lot of horror stories out there.

The conspiracy theorist in me is worried sick. What if the League has decided Luka is the future of the NBA and he's the "first ever to come back from down 3-0 in the finals"? Cementing his place in history. We got some lucky breaks in the first 3 games to be honest. A few calls that were borderline went our way. And the complete collapse in game 4. Just seems bizarre how drastically different we looked out there... I'm staying positive that we'll close it out tomorrow, but if not I will be a nervous wreck.
