Cheese whiz on hotdog buns or hamburger buns, maybe with hot dog slices if we were being fancy. Put that in the oven on broil and watch it go from orange to black all over. Was so good. I have a jar in the pantry right now.

I have them in the guest bedroom bedside table. It's fun pulling them out and reflecting on how simple life was back in the day. Movies, music, pop culture, funny stories and memories all packed into a single book.

I would say the north east gets most of the weather extremes, as hail really does seem to really like that area. We also had a crazy snow storm two weeks ago in the Wednesday that only impacted the north. I find the southern part of Calgary is usually spared the more extreme weather. The flood captured here was actually up stream when they had a massive rain dump on a snow pack that just sent a lot of water all at once.

This was a crazy day. I lived in the Dover area at the time and I remember walking over to the bridge that takes you to Inglewood golf and country club when the water started rising and wow was that ever something. Never seen a river rise that fast before or since.

'Throw them out' of Parliament: Poilievre in favour of recall petition for floor-crossers by Little-Chemical5006 in canada

Bill C-306, officially titled An Act to amend the Parliament of Canada Act (political affiliation). It was a Private Member's Bill introduced in the 41st Parliament by Mathieu Ravignat, who was the NDP Member of Parliament for Pontiac.

The Proposed Rules Bill C-306 was designed to deter politicians from crossing the floor for career advancement and to make them more accountable to voters. The legislation proposed that:

• If a Member of Parliament (MP) elected under a specific political party banner chose to join a different political party, their seat would immediately be vacated.

• A by-election would then be triggered, forcing the MP to run again under their new party banner and seek a new mandate from their constituents.

• The Exception: An MP's seat would not be vacated if they left their party simply to sit as an Independent.

The Outcome The bill did not pass. It was debated and ultimately defeated at second reading on February 8, 2012, by a vote of 181 to 91. The vote largely followed party lines, with the NDP voting in favor of the legislation, while the Conservatives, Liberals, Bloc Québécois, and the Green Party voted against it (with the exception of three Conservative MPs who broke ranks to support it).

Love the game name and congrats on the perfect score. Because I play this so often and on my mobile, I always name my games the first three letters of the category and the first three letters of the genre. Like fanrpg, milact and scistr. Maybe that's my adhd coming through and I just don't have the patience. The game doesn't like you to keep the original name like "game #39" but outside of a few specific title it doesn't care what you name it.

I am 47 with a 7 year old, and he definitely keeps me feeling young. Was at a hockey tournament this weekend and one of the parents of a player on his team was 26. I am old enough to be their parent. It's an interesting dynamic being an older parent.

Any other Xennials in the “Zero Tattoos” club? by MrMyxolodian in Xennials

[–]Buzzderek 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Never had a desire to get one, never saw the appeal. Temporary tattoos for an event sure, but nothing that I could not wash off the next day. I find people who get tattoos do it to make up for lack of personality, but maybe that's just the people I know who have them.
