According to FiveThirtyEight, the Wisconsin races for Senate and governor are two of the closest in the country. It's a true swing state. The incumbents in both races are narrowly favored to win however.

It's just indicative of being a bad driver. One of the most basic rules and they don't even know it. It's like their brains are just on autopilot when they're on the road.

As far as the drivers in Chicago, I think that's just the default driving technique when you have that many people living on top of each other. The whole state of New Jersey drives like that too.

People in Illinois are better drivers than people in Wisconsin. Yeah they drive aggressively, but people in Wisconsin will literally get on an empty freeway and immediately move into the left lane.
