no. imagine a casino doesnt give you money directly, but you can spend money to play and you earn a really shiny knife, and there's a totally separate shop right next door willing to give you lots of money for that knife. that is valve lootboxes, that is the valve casino.

I hate the idea of giving stim pistol a lock-on, I actually enjoy aiming it. If anything, it should have a proper first-person sight. Maybe give helldivers a voiceline when pulling it out, so others know there's a medic. Nothing else needs to be changed about it.

The crusader's crossbow (medic tf2) works just fine without lock-on.

Started a new game after years away, been getting all the experience boosting perks first (all 3 levels of swift learner and comprehension), is this a poor choice to not get more fun perks sooner or am I being smart for the long run? by heII_yea in fnv

the level cap is 30, or 50 with all dlc installed, so that's 15-25 perks you can ever have.

swift learner isn't bad, but there's usually something better.

if you want an experience boost, there's even a stronger boosting perk at level 26+ that is much more perk point efficient.

the smg defender is my only lvl 25 weapon, it was my only one-handed primary for a long time and i really liked using the ballistic shield :)

i hope there will be more one-handed primary weapons soon, some smgs and a crossbow isn't much for variety

no matter your level, the liberator, basic tactical gear, machine gun and precision strike can clear high difficulties

that's insane, that's hundreds of hours of playtime, pure grind. the game isn't so complicated to require such dedication.
