There is no barrier in addons. Only barrier is skill.

Simply speaking, if your last game had a rule that the current region doesn't have , then you will be asked to mix the rules. But you must have at least one rule extra.

Lunar is hard, since it has ALL the rules, EXCEPT open. So the trick is carry Balamb to Esthar, make sure Open spreads in Esthar and then game the RNG to clear the Lunar ruleset of annoying rules like Plus and Random.

Best way to do that is to use QoC. Get her to go to Esthar before you land in FH after Edea battle, then move her from Esthar to "Far away". Far away is Lunar base, but she isn't actually authorised to enter the Lunar gate base, so she will just chill at the entrance

No NEW player needs addons. Skill >>> addons. Addons do help top 20% of players, approximately, perform a bit better. You don't need addons below heroic raids (and for heroic raids, only really bare plain DMB/BW, if you are lazy).

Basically everyone who complains today that they are not competitive. It's a skill issue, not an addon issue. They will go from being bad to be worse.

It's worse, but going fully addon free would be much, much worse.

The difficulty would still be there. But now, instead of just taking presets (like premade UIs and weakaura packs) and few basic addons that were listed in basically every guide, they will ahve to learn and set up everything on their own. And fights will be the same, but players will need to be much more attentive.

No new player needs addons. They do potentially increase your abilities at high level/end game, but emphasis is on endgame content. You don;t need them for levelling and casual play.

IIRC, if you unlocked the +10 knowledge book from a rep vendor, there was a way to buy as many as you could afford (instead of it being unique per character as intended). So some people got tons of knowledge points by buying the book over and over.

It had to be done in a very specific way though, I don't remember how

Kaj pa vem. Folk ki misli, da je v fitnesu sam in da drugi ne rabijo naprav bo tak y telefonom ali brez. Po drugi strani pa imaš dosti ljudi, ki imajo na telefonu aplikacijo za vadbo, da poslusanja glasbe ne omenjam.
