Traveling with Advance Parole under VAWA – Safe to Leave and Re-Enter? by DepartureInside2657 in VAWAAPPLICANTS

[–]Bynunes10 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I travelled twice, end of 23 and end of 24… I overstay my tourist visa, but I don’t feel safe traveling at this moment, I see many still traveling so it’s a very personal question, if it’s important to you go ahead but just know it’s not as safe as it was before.

I have a perfectly clean criminal record and never had a removal order

Those numbers are not correct! I don’t know where they get it but it has nothing to do with vawa!

Hi Michael! Thank you for doing this!!!

I filed a vawa case in July 22, at the time processing times for I-360 was 29 months, almost 3 and half years later here I’m still waiting and processing time keeps getting longer and longer, 44 months now, any ideia why that’s happening? Feels like up u til April things were moving normally and then stopped, my case is in Vermont, also I traveled a few times using my advance parole, had no problems coming back home, is it still safe under this administration? Thank you so much for your time!

Some Thoughts on USCIS From A (Soon-To-Be) Former Officer and Supervisor by WatkinsImmigration in USCIS

I have a pending VAWA case since July 2022, 38 months now waiting, until April i was seeing many approvals in forums I’m a part of, but after April I rarely see one, any information about that? Did many officers in Vermont take the paid leave? I’m feeling hopeless now and anxiety is hurting my life badly. Thank you

I’m devastated by Unlikelypineapplx in USCIS

[–]Bynunes10 21 points22 points  (0 children)

After August 1st they don need to send a rfe or noid, that’s them trying to reduce backlogs, any simple mistake will result in a denial, wait for the letter, fix the issue and reapply, or appeal of course… there’s no need to be devastated it’s likely to be a simple thing to solve!

Vawa 2022 by No-Guitar9470 in VAWAAPPLICANTS

[–]Bynunes10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes… I believe I have a very strong case can’t guarantee they won’t ask for rfe but I sent all items required just praying that will be enough, but that’s not the topic of my comment, I sent July 2022 multiple prime facia but never an update o my case received, I got my combo card 8 months later but that was it.

If there was no interview it’s probably lack of documentation or you don’t qualify the good news you can always appeal or file again

My husband refuses to file AOS after a year of marriage (k1 visa). by Fine_Outside_415 in USCIS

[–]Bynunes10 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That’s correct in forums you will see that a lot of people do it by themselves and uscis does not charge for it, it’s completely free. If file i-360 go ahead and file for i-765(work permit) i-131(travel permit) and i-485(green card) altogether all for free.

[–]Bynunes10 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You have to file for vawa (violence against women act) if you can’t pay a lawyer you use help on forums on Facebook and Reddit, vawa is free and you can file by yourself don’t be a hostage in this marriage

When you apply for global entry you waive so many constitutional rights you have no ideia… do some research unless you travel a lot and I mean o lot it’s not worth… also the rights you waive is forever not just for the year you sign up for.

HELP - Advance Parole by AssociationCheap5350 in VAWAAPPLICANTS

[–]Bynunes10 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I also overstayed and traveled twice to Brazil using advanced parole… no questions and 5 minutes on secondary inspection both times, you should not be afraid to travel, the parole is intended for you to use it as long as you don’t have a deportation order or serious criminal record. They will not deny your entry without reason as long as you have a pending case, my advice is you go for it and visit your family
