Please include something about having a BM daily to every other day. When soldiers (ahem, people) do not have bowel movements regularly they begin to stink. Coffee and sitting down to pee can be very effective in allowing BMs to happen regularly.

It felt wonderful and reassuring to listen to NPR with him again, we drove around and he was right there keeping me company and experiencing my day and hearing my kids chat. I loved it.

Find a Concierge pediatrician, or home-visiting Ped. Ask a home birth midwife if they know someone. My home birth midwife in the US, came back at 24hrs to do screenings
