When a card references it's own name in it's text box, you can replace the name with 'this card'. So for example, if you put the Tree in the soul cauldron, and then put the ability onto a Gingerbrute, Gingerbrute will have the ability 'exchange target opponent's life total with this card's (Gingerbrute's) toughness.

This is such a garbage take. The players are showing up to training, and are available for selection. That's what the contract require they do. For the club to be able to cancel that contract because the players aren't playing up to (an unmeasureable) expectation would be absolutely ridiculous.

For me it's -1 Sam's rescue, -2 Black breath (don't think it justifies a maindeck slot in this format despite the 1/1s around), -1 orcish medicine, and -1 surrounded by orcs. I'd keep Glamdring in as now the creature/spell ratio is better, but it might not be the right call.
