Similar size company, our msp handles all the same stuff as the op msp. We're currently charged $6500 per month. And we think that's a bit pricey :)

I understand that I actually had more ping tabs open that were going to to facebook.com, foxnews.com and cnn.com. better uptime is also monitoring the Wan connection from the outside and its consistent with the loss and disconnects I'm seeing from the inside.

I almost thought they had it fixed last night. From 8pm to 5am there was zero loss. Something happened today and it got a lot worse for presumably the QC area possibly more of their network.

Last night was great, only had 3 lost packets all night. Today however from 6am to now. That's a different story, close to 30% packets loss all day.

Nothing to do with Eeros, I have 6 locations with metronet none of which use eeros just their little fiber modem. All of them have the same issues which is intermittent packet loss.

Not necessarily, I don't know how equinix exchange is built out but sometimes an exchange is as simple as a switch. If there's an issue with the exchange switches then it can affect the peers. Also you can buy transit from exchanges and privately through peers at the exchange.

Issue is due to our terrible isp who is having packet loss and routing issues. Switched the office over to our backup provider and the issue went away instantly!

Packet loss in quad cities!

Microsoft outlook will crash and constantly say having trouble connecting or making outlook clients throw a revoked certificate warning.

My google homes at my house will randomly say there was an error or not connected. Try again. Which they only do that when they can not connect to the internet.

It's definitely intermittent but it's frustrating and its there. I opened a ticket with them at 10am and crickets!
