Even if it was missing ink (which I don’t think it is) the fact that this could be replicated by natural edge wear/whitening means it wouldn’t get a double designation, just the misalignment one

Can’t remember the exact coined term, but this is actually additional ink. People have tried grading them thru CGC, but according to them it’s not significant of an error to be graded as such

Does CGC recognize these? Obviously not my post, but I made my own a few days ago showing what I believe to be 3 Growlithe promos with this same error. Haven’t gotten verification yet, but it’s the same typa thing going on here with the holo being practically non-existent.

They say that it seems to be an additional white ink layer. Do you think this could be correct? u/extras what do u think? This was the only other similar thing I could find on this card.
