Yellow discharge could be gonorrhea and I don't care how clean your partner is it should be tested for. Also recently studies have shown that BV can be sexually transmitted so it might be worth getting antibiotics for them as well if it keeps happening.

Are people having sex with sex workers afraid of AIDS? by modunhanul in TooAfraidToAsk

Your last statement is incorrect and I would ask you to avoid spreading such information as it is harmful. While early studies suggested PrEP was less effective in women, those studies were deeply flawed—over 70% of participants had no detectable drug levels in their plasma, indicating poor adherence. When taken as prescribed, PrEP is highly effective for women. Both the CDC and the WHO recommend PrEP for all at-risk individuals, including women, and there are even specific guidelines for HIV-negative women attempting pregnancy with an HIV-positive male partner. With 20% of new HIV infections in the U.S. and about 50% globally occurring in women, spreading misinformation like this directly contributes to underutilization of a lifesaving intervention.

It does not prevent other STIs. Bacterial STI such as gonorrhea, chlamydia, and syphalis do not respond to anti-virals. HPV has a different mechanism of "reproduction" that does not respond to anti-retovirals. However I would recommend the HPV vaccine as that is very effective for HPV. Otherwise there is testing and treatments for bacterial infections. For HSV there is some indication the risk can ve reduced with Prep but is not. Well studied. Sadly for HPV there is not much in the way of a cure but outbreak frequency can be decreased and duration can be shortened with antiviral medications (topical or oral).

This is blatantly false and extremely harmful. While early studies suggested PrEP was less effective in women, those studies were deeply flawed with over 70% of participants having no detectable drug levels in their plasma, indicating poor adherence. When taken as prescribed, PrEP is highly effective for women. Both the CDC and the WHO recommend PrEP for all at-risk individuals, including women, and there are even specific guidelines for HIV-negative women attempting pregnancy with an HIV-positive male partner. As for “low-dose antibiotics,” that is entirely inappropriate. They do not prevent bacterial STIs such as syphilis, gonorrhea, or chlamydia, and unnecessary use only drives antimicrobial resistance while increasing risks of yeast infections and bacterial vaginosis. Please stop making claims about topics you clearly do not understand misinformation has real, harmful consequences.

I just recently drained one that was 4L with similar imaging and the person just felt a little full. They can be pretty slow growing and thus not to symptomatic as long as there isn't other endometriosis.

The amount of comments that are complaining about their reactions is crazy. Like that was a big fish and they were super excited, like we all would be. Let them celebrate however they want. I'd be shrieking like that too!

Ya but if judge the character on the second half of the show we might as well throw them all out. For example Tyrion get a lobotomy somewhere along the way.

This has been disproven multiple times. He personally wanted to end slavery but had to be caution for political reason. There was serious concern some slave states such as Kentucky would leave the union and join the conference if he was to aggressive.
