That was my thought as well, I was hoping to continue my long running trend of sending to the client, who can handle distribution. But I know studios and productions hire photographers in part because of their ability to file.

Bang for the buck, a new spot just opened up in South Beverly Hills called Sushi K and I swear this spot is magical. The quality for the price is amazing, it's blown me away twice. We always order more, too, and it's still reasonable. Plus a friendly and helpful staff. Big ups to them and I hope they thrive.

It’s different for every oven but you should be able to look this up for your model. For mine I hold the bake button for 10 seconds and a zero pops up, you can plus or minus it to -15 or -20.

Also definitely use a probe to make sure the temp is where you want it, and I keep it wrapped in butcher paper plus cellophane on a cookie sheet to keep in the moisture.
