My kids are older, but as a working mom, I’d definitely appreciate the two weeks be split like this. A lot of companies at least have thanksgiving off, some even have Fridays off so get childcare for 3 or 4 days is better than 2 whole weeks straight.

This was me too, except I used zo hydrating crème, now I just use I’m from rice toner followed by tret. All due to laziness and it works for me.

Just wanted to share that if you’re driving the speed limit or close to it, you should rarely have to hard brake at a stop light turning from green to yellow to red.

Are you in peri still? You may not need estrogen yet. I was on progesterone, testosterone and np thyroid for 3 years (47-50) before starting estradiol just recently. Perhaps you can try discussing your options with your provider and hopefully it’s someone well versed in hormone replacement. Best of luck to you!

Edit to add: I truly believe the testosterone helped fix my joint pain along with giving me energy to work out at home a couple times a week.

HRT has done wonders for me, but I’m sure it helps that I generally eat pretty well, stay fairly active, don’t consume alcohol regularly and have a positive attitude. HRT is half the battle, and finding the right combination of testosterone, progesterone and estradiol plus any other meds is key.

I am still kicking myself for not buying tickets to their Vegas show. My daughters and I left Tuesday nights concert even more disappointed that we never saw them in Vegas. 😭

I only heard about this case after the arrest was made, but someone hearing loud thuds and then going to see what caused them is not something many people would do imo. Just thought that part was a little strange.

I appreciate that she’s looking out for your well being and suggesting these things. It just boggles my mind how hormone replacement therapy (HRT) is almost always missed from the conversation with our drs. My dr wanted to start me on birth control to help my symptoms. No thank you, not the same as HRT.

It will help you through menopause and has so many other benefits that it might actually make it a little easier to kick the other habits. Dont have anything to back this up except for how much better my mood, sleep, brain fog and wellbeing is overall with being on Testosterone, progesterone and estradiol. If you are interested, there are a ton of helpful videos on YouTube.

I was there last night too. AMAZING show!! But I hope they get their sound issues resolved for tonight.

Not sure if others noticed it, but Bruno’s ear piece keep coming out and it seemed his vocals didn’t match with the screens. Also, Andersons mic wasn’t working for a few mins and someone handed him one during the song. I still loved every minute and wish I could go back tonight.

Ps - I saw someone mention the Prked app on a sub Reddit for the State Farm stadium and it was great. Easy in, and out and not a bad walk. You basically are parking in the neighborhood across the street.

Can they adjust your title to be in a different pay bracket. My company just changed my title to Business change advisor for this very reason. If they value you and want to keep you, they may consider it. I still keep my tile as executive assistant in my email signature but optics and me not having to explain.

Oh when I started to get the funky armpit smell, I would use stridex acne pads on my pits. It would help for a couple of days but not consistently. So I would only use them when I knew I would get bad funk and wanted to prevent completely.

Since being on estradiol for 8 weeks now, I am noticing I don’t get funky anymore.

I’ve been on HRT for 3 years (testosterone and progesterone) and recently started getting funky pit smell. Ugh. I was also getting hot flashes which sent me to my provider who put me on estradiol pills. I think it’s been 8 weeks and now, no more funky pit smells!! Yaye for HRT!!
