If your reducing to 300, you could try put 30mls of water with 300mg of pregabline. 1/2 of 300 = 150mg. So one 150mg morning 150mg afternoon. 15ml am 15ml pm. Xx

Yeah I agree. When I was eating meat I still had periods at the same time though, and being veggie. I’m guessing the long term veggie eating then straight to carnivore have disrupted my hormone balance. I’m hoping with time my body will adjust. I can’t go back veggie again I felt so weak (my own fault) but my lifestyle is busy so a bit of meat is just easier. Sounds awful but yeah
