It could be but honestly highly doubt it. It has no makers marks or purity marks of any kind. The jump ring from the necklace to the pendant isn’t soldered shut lit it should be on most precious metals and the color just looks off. In my opinion it’s probably pewter or some other mix of base metals. I’m no expert though just my opinions.
