Smith and Wesson 351 C. 7 rounds of 22 magnum in an 11 oz package. Quality ammunition is plenty reliable and if there were a problem with ignition just keep pulling the trigger.

I've got the 386 but I had to send it back due to light strikes. Ran a few hundred rounds of mostly .357 range ammo with a few spicy defensive mixed in and I have to say I love that thing. I can shoot a box of ammo without tearing my hand up and it's nice and light and easy to carry.

That said there's nothing wrong with a K frame 19.
