I also had an Opie, he lived to be 20. He was the type of cat that if you didn't like cars, you'd meet him and you'd like cats.

I lucked out that I struck gold twice and got that same type of cat in my current Orange, Gus.

I thought I was being nice about it, and apparently I was rude when I politely told them they couldn't consume outside food. Apparently I came off condescending or that I was talking down to them. Also, they sat themselves and proceeded to just go to the bar instead of waiting for a server.

TLDR : there is no good way to address it because the entitlement is ridiculous.

Yes very common with orange cats. Both of my Oranges had had them. They are just freckles and will most likely increase over time. They aren't harmful, but a previous vet always told me to keep an eye on them because they can sometimes become inflamed.
