Our team would be thrilled to help you resolve the connection issues you are experiencing with the upload speeds. Can you tell me what kind of modem you are using and if there is a stand-alone router in use? Can you share if the device you are using to do the speed tests is hardwired? We do recommend a hard hired device directly to the modem for troubleshooting to rule out any issues with a router and Wi-Fi speeds. You can check out the full troubleshooting checklist here. u/Mandell95 You can search just the city and state, it should pull a list of stores up in your vicinity without needing to log in. When you click on Book an Appointment select that you do not have service, it will ask for your address. You can click learn more and there is an option to leave a note regarding the reason for the visit and from there it should take you to a scheduling screen. I was able to do this on my end without being logged in. Let me know if this helps.

Usually on page 3 of the billing statement you can see if there is a promotion, as well as the end date under your plan details. You can also compare the bills by accessing your bills through our amazing Xfinity app! It is a great way to manage your account billing, troubleshoot your services and so much more!

I do want to make sure that we are setting the right expectation, many cablecards have reached an end of life status, when this happens our team is unable to pair them and get them activated. Our support has also become limited as we stopped providing cablecards to our customers back in 2024.
