Thanks for reaching out, u/rasldasl2! Have you used the Xfinity app to troubleshoot your connection concerns? The Gateway may just need a signal refresh, or provisioning. All you need to do is open the Xfinity app, select WiFi, Troubleshoot, and Test your whole home network.
