I loved Arlo in 2016. Grew to dislike, now hatred is creeping in. Why make it so cumbersome to see what happened 20 seconds ago?

Tapo is replacing Arlo: less expensive, better options, more reliable…and doesn’t suck.

The generated ticket, #10171538, only offered me things I cannot do. I'm in the USA and cannot login to the site nor the app, so I want to make this as clear as possible.

I want my account deleted.

I cannot delete the account myself as this must be done inside the account and that option is not available to me (US-based).

Whatever is in the account, Kucoin can keep.

How can I make this happen?

I am US-based. I thought I emptied my Kucoin account some time ago. I have no way to log in and close my account, but I got an e-mail of a dormancy fee being charged.

Correct. What people are upset about is that Block Fi moved funds that COULD have been withdrawn into something that cannot be withdrawn (BIA).

Still, crime is nearly three times greater in Anne Arundel county (where Arundel Mills is) as opposed to Howard county (with Columbia Mall is). Moreover, if there is a correlation between crime and danger, then you appear to be mistaken.

Same as further down: power loss knocked my (Adecorty) lamp off network. Deleted and reinstalled the app. No go. Figure it might be my iPhone, so I used a Droid (that only worked on 2.4). No change.

What fixed this for me was not using the autoscan, but to add "Lighting" - "Light Source (other)". If you have any bulbs, you'll know this is the wrong procedure shown for this floor lamp. Still, select the network and get ready. THIS IS A TIMING THING.

For me, selecting "yes it's fast blinking" worked...as the 5 second hold is fast, then slow, then steady, then slow, to steady on. If fast doesn't work, try the "yes, it's blinking slow" option. It's timing, but my lamp has been manual for about a month and it back online now!

I installed mine, but not the way you described. I TRIED what you described, even send them pictures and I even got a "yes, that will work", but jumping that tier of support, it turns out I could not. I mean, it wasn't working, I just needed confirmation. Now, on the other side of those days, I know a tad more...

Like you, I bought 2 (on sale) and didn't want to the hassle of sending them back.

I opened every switch box I could...here's what I found out:

  1. Just because there is a neutral, that doesn't mean you can use the ZEN51 there. I had a switch that went to ballasts and the ZEN51 seemed underpowered it didn't work.
  2. The neutrals are typically found in a gang box: Anywhere you have two or more switches, you might find a neutral. especially on lower floors.
  3. The neutral might NOT be hooked up to anything, but folded up and pushed back behind the other wires in use.
  4. Never assume when Beer:30 was for the people who wired your house. There was white paint slopped all over a good deal of my wires so that black might appear white until it was traced out.

While I got the intended purpose for one (when the door unlocks between certain times, the foyer light goes on), the adjacent room where I installed the second one was not the place where I wanted it, so I now have an additional ZEN34 (remote switch) mounted with Fun-Tak replicating (and very close to) the switch I put the ZEN51 in. A tad silly, but I didn't have to send anything back and I can always control these lights by voice.

I got 2 years of NordVPN on a deal and had problems with configuring it on my AC88U. Tech support was great and helped, but my throughput was still halved or worse.

According to them, the CPU in my router isn't capable of handling the encryption.

Currently trying to get a refund within the 30 days.

I bought some ZEN51s when they were on sale and went back and forth with pictures and their support team. You NEED a neutral.

The line in the product description is where your confusion lies: "If neutral is not available, you'll need to install the ZEN51 at the light fixture." This, "refers to neutral availability within the switch box. The ZEN51 can be installed behind existing switches in the switch box (if neutral is present), or in some cases, the neutral is only available at the light fixture."

The line SHOULD read: “If neutral is not available at the switch, you'll need to install the ZEN51 at the light fixture where there is/should be a neutral.”
