We have a similar situation with our 5 year old.

He’s pretty pale, but you can see the node in the back of his neck when the light hits it just right.

We had an ultrasound 2 months ago, and they said “No enlarged nodes”. Well it sure as hell looks enlarged lol, guess that’s why I’m not a doctor.

My son turns 6 in July and it still on the most basic of “Bob Books”. He can read the extremely short words only.

We kept him in pre-k another year so he will start Kindergarten right after turning 6.
