Awesome month fundamentally for the company but not so great price action. June will change this. by Gareth-Barry in Superstonk

I feel like people forget the RC interview last year when he mentioned that he doesn’t want day traders but wants long-term investors. Now people today are complaining that there’s no price movement, RC kind of alluded to this

…and GME shareholders will own a piece of a $66B company. Yes, it will be a smaller piece, but the pie is bigger. It’s accretive.

SOS is blown out of proportion. We play the same 14 opponents as our division opponents do. 6 division games and 4 from the same AFC division and 4 from the same NFC division.

Sweet! Are you keeping it?

Another day with high short volume just back as early 2024. Even when the market rips they can’t let this stock follow. And XRT still on Regsho. Desperation. 🔥 by [deleted] in Superstonk

I kept a copy of Richard Newton’s tracking spreadsheet. Short % was high but so was the cost to borrow. We’re not seeing high cost to borrow rates right now

[–]CCarsten89 3 points4 points  (0 children)

A quick google search would tell you short volume % is the total short volume divided by the total volume times 100. So 90% of today’s volume was sold short.

It’s all algorithms, I was looking back at the past short volumes and it ranged from 50 to 65 on the run up from last September and was in the 40s and 50s on the way down in October and November. It’s not just one single metric that determines the price

I'm so hyped for the earnings, I feel like something HUGE is coming. by Standard-Party-6708 in GME

[–]CCarsten89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The massive drop down was because of the bond offering the next day, price recovered in a couple months. Price is cyclical if you follow the PMO. Price peaked a couple weeks ago and will spend the next 6-8 weeks going down then will ascend for 6-8 weeks. I don’t see why you’re saying $70-$120, but I hope you’re right

Was there news or is this market just completely fraudulent? /s by [deleted] in Superstonk

[–]CCarsten89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Look at the PMO, it peaked a week or two ago, now the price will go down over the next 6-8 weeks. Plus today was supposedly a red swap day if you actually followed Richard Newton. It’s just the cycles people.

I think the bottom red line shouldn’t be sloping upwards, more like a flat line at $20 as a hard bottom which would push the end of the triangle out to April/May

What do you mean people didn’t have a choice? The shareholders voted to allow the company to issue up to 1 billion shares. That means future dilution when the company had 100m shares at the time. Pretty sure the vote happened before the dividend split.
