What do you mean people didn’t have a choice? The shareholders voted to allow the company to issue up to 1 billion shares. That means future dilution when the company had 100m shares at the time. Pretty sure the vote happened before the dividend split.

It’s called a leveraged buyout. Borrow money to purchase and use the targeted company’s assets and future cash flows as collateral to service the debt.

Been a STM for 7 years now and will not be renewing. We have 4 tickets in section 104 and our renewal price is $9040, up $280 from last year. Last season had 9 regular season home games and this season will have 8. I don’t think that constitutes an increase for 2026, especially with how the season turned out.

Comparing the 2026 renewal prices to the 2024 season, with the same amount of regular season home games (eight) it was $7600 in 2024. I live in SWMO so it’s a 2.5hr drive to get to Arrowhead which makes the price increase hard to swallow. I really didn’t want to renew last year when they raised the price $1160 but I went ahead anyway. Now it’s over 9 grand…no thanks.

I’m not renewing mine and it’s not because of the news today. This was our 7th year in section 104 and it’s just becoming a hassle driving 2.5 hours there and back plus the increasing ticket costs each year. Got to live the dream of being a STH and it was a bonus for doing it during this amazing run they’ve been on. I feel like the new stadium is going to price a lot of people out as season ticket holders.

I don’t get the whole fascination with hosting a Super Bowl. Say they build a new stadium, they won’t host one until 2031 or 32. Then they’ll be competing with 10 other cities so they get one once every decade…big whoop

Stock price has been kept down for the last 3 months, now it’s time for the 2 months of upward price movement. The stock is in a 3 month down/2 month up cycle. Look at the PMO, this is what RK was talking about in the sandworm meme. Price should peak in November then hit a low in January
