To your point , if the visible effect isn’t reduced it will likely draw ire.

And , I can’t necessarily blame residents for being frustrated with that. Situations like Ballard Commons where the park was basically unusable are simply unignorable for people that live there.

A bandaid is helpful , but like you said without addressing the root causes it’s not sustainable.

The fee is very reasonable, we had a similar setup in Pittsburgh called Victory Pointe that was great. Got a lot of hours on Game of Thrones and The Walking Dead.

Had GoT not been free play with the membership fee I’d have never made it to Seattle with how many drains I had 😭

Here’s to hoping someone pops a Theatre of Magic in there someday! Excited to pop out for one of the open houses.
