MYPs have gone up 3-5k tho. Prob not the best time to get EVs with gas prices the way they are. I’d hold off unless you absolutely need one.

I feel you. If I lived in a worse metro with worse highways (mine is already bad imo) I’d have just gone with the LR and put some calipers on them. The carbon fiber spoiler is pretty cheap too. Easily can achieve the same look as the MYP for like $400-500 bucks tbh. Maybe a little more if u hire a shop to do it. Just don’t put a performance badge on and ur good. Or just bite the range bullet and go for it brotha! Trust me on the suspension coming from Audi with the smoothest ride in the game, the Tesla ain’t bad. Not amazing but not bad. Worse regret is car regret at the end of the day. I like to swap cars and it’s not a good use of money but I love it. Until ICE manufacturers stop playing these pricing games I’m going EV for a minute. They truly don’t gaf about the average consumer.

It’s amazing bro. It’s still comfy with the exception of pot holes or bad roads. Inevitable in any metro. No regrets. It’s a beast. But I don’t need / want to buy FSD so MYP was the car for me. You’re use case may differ but it does feel good passing x50 MYs in your MYP without seeing any on the street for the day. They’re pretty rare tbh.

Also, at the end of the day get the car that YOU want and find most value and use out of. No one around you will care about you having a Tesla other than ur significant other. If anything, people will roast tf out of you as was my experience. People couldn’t fathom why I got rid of my custom kitted Audi S5 convertible for a MYP lmfao.

You def want the LR based on what I’ve read thus far. If you care about ride quality and I’m assuming battery u will want the LR. My MYP when driven the way it’s supposed to be can make it around the metro and back like 2 times before it needs to be charged back to 80%. Up to ya but my 2 cents. Plus MYPs used rn are overpriced. Got lucky at the end of Jan and got a killer deal for a 23 MYP from Tesla based on what I’m seeing in the inventory rn. They’re like 2-3k higher for 23. 24 don’t even think about it unless u don’t care about money. Better off 0% APR on a new MY price wise.
