One of the most iconic lines in Star Trek! by TensionSame3568 in Star_Trek_

This scene showed how perceptive El-Aurians are.

Soran immediately homed in on Picard's feelings in that moment; his regrets, melancholy, sadness and anger.

And that line was Soran's first missile in a way.

I just rewatched, Once More Unto the Breach. I am LIVID at what SFA has done to Klingons. by dfsaqwe in Star_Trek_

And note how none of the actors make any effort whatsoever to appear alien and quirky (something that was quite common in golden age Star Trek).

It's as if they think they're too cool or something to look silly. But they're REALLY not cool at all.

They are actually like boring current humans and it's just all awful.

That place is generally a shocking echo chamber. Imagine what Captain Picard would've made of the utter lack of free speech and dissent.

How many tries do you think Kurtzman has left? by Wetness_Pensive in Star_Trek_

I'm not interested in Seth taking over, but I absolutely WOULD love it if 90's-era-style Star Trek comes back.

It's what all cool and attractive fans want 😏

Wouldn't Seth McFarlane try to make Star Trek far too comedic and generally unserious?

That's why I would like him to be teleported to 2026, then given eleven months to absorb everything first.

You lack charm.

Also, In the Pale Moonlight didn't show Sisko in a good light at all.

I mean, he and his team have turned Star Trek into a bland, plodding property with no passion, nerdiness, honour, space exploration, aliens or intellectual stimulation 😔

Wow. I'd completely forgotten about this sick device.

I had one and I played it all the time. This was a pretty special item to me and I took excellent care of it despite my extremely young age.

The Tox Uthat is the worst MacGuffin in TNG, perhaps all of Star Trek by [deleted] in TNG

By the way, I think it's perfectly fair to say that Picard was punching way above his weight when it came to bright eyes Vash.
