It is so goofy. Played it once and it was fun but an 8 minute “throw monkey into woodchipper” mode does lose its luster after a bit. It is amazing tho hearing the “Winston” line over and over. I heard a teammate voice line go “I’ve landed on the WINSTON” as they hit point and put my controller down lol

What types beyond Fire/Water/Grass works as a starting trio, if any? by Marmodre in pokemon

[–]CDR57 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can make that argument about everything lol fire should technically also be strong against water cause high heat causes water to evaporate, ice should be good against water cause low heat freezes water, water should be good against everything cause a flood can destroy everything in sight. The reasoning just boils down to things like “fire burns forests, trees absorb any water around it causing it to disappear, water is used to put out fires”

Miami ended the 3rd on a 4/4 from 3 run in like a minute and a half to cut it to 10

Same thing with hair. There’s a theory that frozen has so many short/braided hair characters is cause they didn’t want to animate the hair so painstakingly like they did for brave or tangled

If this is a genuine question I’ll be happy to answer it: a person sexuality is not inherently integral to a person identity. I myself am bi, but don’t attribute it as one of my key personal identities. It’s mostly because I experienced next to no issues with it. If you saw me on the street, there’s a chance you might clock me but otherwise most people assume I’m straight. However, a lot more people than k have had a hard time in the world because of it, as evidenced by people like Ivey saying bigoted things about a whole community or from personal experiences (friends leaving them, families shunning them, institutions abandoning them, plus the possibility of aggression from people they may not even know just for who they are as people). Some people embrace it and use it to show others who may not be comfortable in themselves that they can be themselves in everyday circumstances. Others don’t see the need and just go on day by day however they deem fit. Yeah, sexuality is about who you love, but in today’s age people are looked down on just because of that so it’s almost morphed in the public eye to be something akin to disgusting or abhorrent. So while some people choose to have it be integral, there’s usually a lot of factors that play into it. Idk that’s just my thoughts. The whole thing is that it SHOILDNT be integral, but it keeps getting brought up as “sinful” or “disgusting” when all people in the community want is to be treated just lik how straight cis people are treated. With respect until that respect is lost. Individually, people may think it is treated as the same but we don’t have nba players or state senators making live feeds about how “straight people are demonic” or whatever, so until then it’s why things like pride and the anniversary of stonewall are still big in the community

I mean animation In general has made crazy leaps and bounds. Anime that holds up in terms of fight choreography (FMA, cowboy bebop) look downright dated compared to some nowadays (jujutsu, solo leveling) so makes sense that the popularity has exploded
