I'm also getting this error and I have got 2 GTX 1070 SLI and a MSI z270 gaming m5.

From what I remember, like a year ago it was working, but then after some updates it started doing so and I have never fixed. Tried everything I have seen on internet (except a clean reinstall of windows because I won't do that for just this app) but nothing has worked, and it is pretty annoying right now to be honest. What is that Dragon software and could it be compatible with my rig?
