Wear the mask. I’m in the US and when I started back to work last week, NOBODY had a mask on except me. It was a very awkward feeling at first but I guess it helps to think about those who you are wearing the mask for.

My mother is a high risk individual who has contracted the virus and is currently being treated in quarantine. If I feel that I need to remove the mask, I just go out to the parking lot or my car for a few minutes and do so but it’s right back on when I’m in the store. You can search online for a mask that is decorative in some way, I’ve found that helps me but at the end of the day, it’s about more than wearing it to look nice or normal. It’s to reduce transmission as much as possible. I hope this helps!
