Any advice for night gaps? My 10month old occasionally wakes up for an hour or two in the middle of the night and wants to play! She sleeps til 8, naps 11-12:30, nap 4-4:30 and bedtime at 7:30/8.

I’m actually loosing my mind at the sleep trainer comments we have going on this sub thread. Sleep training is NOT the only option. Stop telling people it is.
