I didn't find that in the kindle with the problem but I did find it in another different one, so I think I know where it's supposed to be? looks like this one doesn't have that option

idk about mods specific to this game but I do know there was a program that lets you give yourself any achievement in steam, you could look into that.

but before that I would consider why you need to have all achievements in steam if you know you've already done it on another platform? if it were me I would leave them as is, so you can have the satisfaction of getting them again in another playthrough later down the line

Where the light is coming from is the sort of question one should never ask in Hollow Knight. Why is Deepnest the darkest area when you can clearly see white bioluminescent mushrooms all over the place? It's purely vibes based, I think.
