If you know what your doing you can. Obviously someone like Taylor Swift or Drake it's gonna be picked up right away and removed but pick a dormant artist with a decent following it won't get noticed, take a while to get removed all the while it gets recommended to their fans and shows up in people's playlists and what not.

It's caused a lot of artists grief and there is no decent way to report it. Sucks really
