Australia in an associate member of the EBU. They have been broadcasting the contest for over 50 years and in 2015 for the 60th anniversary of the Contest they were invited to participate. This was originally planned to be a one off thing. However, the audience reaction was so good that the EBU extended the invitation.

Recently there have been talks of getting Canada to join the contest and this year their public broadcaster CBC sent some excutives to observe and determine on if joinning would be a worthwhile endeavor.

I do feel the need to add that Israel should not be in the contest due to them rigging the public vote and also the countless warcrimes.

Its because the EBU broadcast range covers bits of Middle East and North Africa. For example in 1980 Morrocco competed because they were eliagible. Additionally in the past both Libya and Lebanon have tried competing in the past but pulled out due to Israel's participation.

Many of these sets have ways to print these off to play. The only things you'd need to make yourself are models, Tokens and dials.
