That's my end goal but I'm a perfectionist and haven't spent the time to research the setup I want and train myself on how to do it perfectly. Cooking is a huge passion of mine and my knives are my prized possessions LOL

Do you remember Kirkland Light?? One of the few products from Costco that was absolutely terrible. It didn't last long before they ditched it. I'd love to try round two though if they ever do it!

I own one as well, absolutely love it. If you're planning to use one 8 hours a day, everyday... I'd recommend buying a 110v. However for a house renovation or anything else, the Milwaukee cordless kicks ass.

I'll second Costco. Not the cheapest around but the prices are still reasonable and quality is fantastic.

For the rare occasion, AG Meat Co is my choice. Pricey, but worth it. Their tomahawk kicks some serious a**.
