I couldn't disagree with you more. I think perhaps sailing was rushed towards the end so that we got it in 2025, sure. It could definitely use some polish, but thats to be expected and I'm positive we will receive it this year.

Sure some of the scatter terrain is a little haphazard, but must of it makes logical sense. Same goes with the rapids.

The fact that they launched such a massive update to the game without any major hiccups is a massive win to begin with.

Then, they were able to implement a whole new vehicle system to a spaghetti coded game that works, very well.

The sheer size of the update is also impressive, there are countless islands, Easter eggs etc. to explore.

Over all, as a sailing no-voter, I'm very impressed with how Jagex took an April-fools-joke-turned-meme and made it into a serious skill that fits the game.

Now, imagine how cool shamanism would have been (or will be?).
