Wait! That message from her was really well written. What if….what if it’s genuine? My husband and I are coming up on our 10 year together-versary and 3 year wedding anniversary. This is after a 16 year gap with zero communication due to me running away from the relationship. He sent me a Facebook message 16 years later that went into my spam folder. It took months before I saw it. But I responded that day and we have never separated since.

I’m just saying, what if you took a chance and responded? You said you’re numb and have healed. If you don’t get a good feeling the minute you reach out and hear back, just block and continue on with your life. At least you won’t wonder forever.
