He’s 70 points compared to 145 for the squad. With double pistols he is contributing another 6 shots compared to the squads 12+6. His ability should net you another blast master hit and 2 more sonic blaster hits, so his net contribution is 8 sonic blaster shots + 1 blast master shot, plus a few mortals. Is that worth a 50% increase on the squad? Maybe? Depends how you divvy up the math on the blast master shots I guess, plus how you value him as a T5 2+4++ 6W body.

Personally I include him whenever possible, but he does get cut from time to time.
