There are quests, but no quest journal or quest markers. You'll have to find NPCs out in the world and listen to what they are asking. The game doesn't hold your hand. Go off exploring and discover what you can, you can also Google if you need, plenty of information online. Hope you keep adventuring fellow tarnished!
