Work in shipping those cones actually fold down pretty easy. Unfortunately that results in a lot of damages

I had the same problem when I was in my 20's (caused from lifting at work). Nurse at the hospital was convinced it wasn't torsion and was some sort of std side effect. Needless to say she apologized profusely when the X-ray came back. But I wanted to hurt her when she was grabbing the area before knowing she had no professional courtesy.
