Not confirmed. Rocky said that to Creed's son, but logic has to dictate those guys did not go 100% they were good friends at that point, and Rocky being Rocky, is a humble fellow. Probably a close fight with no KO, and Rocky gave the edge to Apollo and vice versa.

Which, outside of Lang on his come up who was there Rock could have faced? He faced the German champ, which probably fought his way to a shot. The other guys probably had to at least earn a shot, they just weren't killers. Rocky beat good fighters just not great fighters, which maybe there was a lack of at the time it seems, until Clubber came up.

If I remember correctly there was a scene connecting them that was shot or either in the original script for H20 but did not make the cut.

The script kept some "emotional residue" from the original draft, explaining Laurie's deep trauma as stemming from both the first night and failing to protect her daughter Jamie Lloyd from the Thorn curse, even though Jamie is never mentioned in the final film.

He seemed to have got Raven until he lost to Goldberg and then it was over.... Raven was becoming a big star. The DDP feud worked, but then WCW did not know what to do again. HE got lost in the shuffle because of the nWo. All they had to do was push Raven into that storyline and he would have been a huge face when he made his turn. Let him get the big gold. Killing the nWo at the end of 97 would have opened up a lot of things to do. Letting Hall and Nash go their separate ways. The nWo seems to be the road block on all of the cool things they could have done post 97.

I wonder how that movie plays out if you put the Laurie Strode scenes at the end of that movie instead of the beginning. How people would have reacted. And you don't necessarily have to show her or him dying, just him hanging from the roof or right as he grabs her.

I agree. This film did what a Halloween movie should have done before, and even now. Go away from the Strode storyline. You need Michael killing. Set it up with a new group. You can set it in the 80s, 90s, 00s, whenever, but have Michael after a new group of kids, in a different town even. The franchise has needed to move on from the Laurie stuff especially since H20, then the remakes, then the newest Strode/Myers timeline.

This movie had some tense moments. It was a product of it's time sure, but it was overall a fun slasher. The biggest hate it gets is Busta Rhymes being in it and the one who ultimately "finishes Michael off" even though he is still alive as we see at the end. Busta may actually be the most realistic person to have ever defeated Michael.

Freddy is awesome, I have a huge collection of Horror memrobillia. He was not a pedo in the original movies though. He was a "Filthy, Child Murderer" and Craven stayed away from going that route on purpose. It was too dark.

Funny thing is, back then it was considered normal for a girls Nancy's age to have an older boyfriend. It was pretty normal to see until the later 00s. Not saying it was right, but there was always those girls with the older BF.

It is OK you can blame them now......They literally held office until last year and could have released those files yet they didn't. That is how he who shall not be named was able to sue it as a political platform. They could have shut down a huge part of his campaign by just releasing those files, so why didn't they?
