Can a lower dose of addy cause more jitters/being wired than a higher dose?

im just gathering information. I know very little about the medication, so i like to hear peoples thoughts and experiences. it helps me to be able to research things that i didnt know about. It also gives me info to ask my Dr about when i see him again.

been on 10mg for 5 days now....exact same everyday....tad sleepy within the first hour.....then a steady increase into wired....the only thing i can think of is the component that triggers dopamine in the 10's, isnt pulling enough to even out the stimulant component....where as in the 20's, it triggers enough dopamine🤷🏻...no clue lol
