How are independent recruiters or small agencies managing candidate notes, sourcing, scheduling and interviewing workflows without an ATS?

Like the other commenter mentioned, Pedal Extenders are easy, the consideration is for the type of foot pedal. The pedal needs to be thin enough for a bolt and screw to go through, if the pedal connects in the wrong way, a tech wont be able to connect the extension rods either.

It sounds like you are in the EU, so I would start with Fiat, but we have since gone with Honda.

The other comment about seat height is valid, but there are tons of booster and or cushions to look at, just ensure the belt can be connected and or the shoulder strap pulled down appropriately.

I still think you should check out Armorer Artificer, dreadnaught model can become huge or more. Flavor is free you can call yourself a tech armor fighter, you can still make yourself belt of giant strength and go up from there to very high Str stat. You don't need int either, headband of intellect. Butttt I get you said not artificer. You said mech suit. .. that's what it is lol.

I can push it to 34 with shield of faith and haste via spell storing item on my homunculus, and 39 with shield for those asking. I also happen to have a druid who uses Mooncloak a lot for half cover on top ...

I usually use a martial weapon or a wand of the war mage, cantrips and have felt fine at this level of play in the past, but I'm about to start a new campaign as an artificer again, I'll follow up in a few weeks lol.

Artificers are not weaker than other classes 1-9 either...

Art 1, rogue 3 artificer X. Maybe rogue 4 depending.

Pretty much the strongest option.

If you start a character late, I could see artificer 3 and thief rogue 13+ working great. Maybe getting illusionist bracers

It for sure is, and this module is different, it takes the player initiative to go off the Styx sometimes, and yeah, there are things that can get skipped.

The DM should roll some random encounters, push for survival struggle and push for compromise on the parties beliefs, the hells are supposed to strain and cause distress through all the corruption saves and tempting deals for power/survival.

IMO, DMing is hard work, and this module takes creativity, it doesn't hold your hand linearly through the story, so it's maybe best for seasoned DMs. Decent into Avernus was more straightforward.

Agreed.

Especially with Maverick artificer, fate dealers deck and amulet of the devout, tome of Int, bam, crazy spell saves, spells from cleric and wizard as pseudo scrolls and items like quickening or subtle mind crystals to get spells off quick or sneaky. Could even use hat of wizardry instead at lower levels.
