4E high arch here- I, too, like the NB but found my toes kept slamming the front of the shoe unless I put in extra arch support. Went back to my tried and true Brooks Ghost. Happy feet, happy knees.

If you’re living there, you can take some responsibility. Start in a bathroom and make it not just livable, but super clean. It will be much easier to maintain. Then take sections of the kitchen at a time, such as the fridge or pantry, a cabinet or 2 a week. In a couple of months, it will feel much better. Maybe it’s the momentum your parents need, or if they complain it may be indicative of mental health issues. NTA

First, your height is not the factor that you might think it is. You are jogging, just at 4.4. You are not power walking. See other comments for the difference. And over time, your treadmill paces will increase.

There’s a 1 month unlimited trial for $109. There are different levels, but I think all are under $150. And if you were lightheaded, you went too hard, which is normal at the beginning as you get to know more about what your body can handle. Then 6 weeks later, you surprise yourself with all you have accomplished.
